Draft. The Kelvin team must review this notice before the hub opens to the public.
- What the hub keeps: your name, email, optional ORCID iD, a hash of your password (never the password), your labs, the Kelvins you connected, and what they share: normal projects, unfiled chats with their whole conversations, and runs with their files.
- What it never receives: unpublished, confidential or model-limited projects, incognito chats, API keys, and ChatGPT or Claude Code sign-ins.
- Who sees your shared work: you, and the members of the lab it was shared in while you are a member too. Leaving a lab takes your work out of its view.
- Records: the hub logs sign-ins, connections and changes, with the IP address, for security.
- Your rights: download everything with Export, and delete your account and all it shared with Delete account, both on your account page. Daily database backups are kept for up to 30 days, then removed.
